La Minoterie Dupuy Couturier s’engage depuis longtemps dans le développement d’une agriculture bio responsable et respectueuse de l’environnement. BORSA est une farine bio issue de céréales cultivées exclusivement en France aux graines soigneusement sélectionnées.
Grâce a son procédé d’extraction et de préservation l’assise protéique de la céréale, les farines BORSA apportent un caractère unique aux créations des artisans boulangers. ULTIMUM a construit l’identité de marque et le positionnement prèmium des farines Borsa, mais aussi révisé les autres marques de la Minoterie Dupuy Couturier.
